• Please check the HPCC Maintenance page to see if there is a scheduled or unscheduled shutdown.
• If you are not able to log into RaiderLink, there might be an issue with your TTU eRaider account, please contact IT Help Central to resolve the issue.
• If you are able to log into RaiderLink, there might be an issue with your HPCC account or VPN/SSH gateway:
• If you are trying to access using Windows, follow this guide.
• If you are trying to access using Mac/Linux, follow this guide.
• If these steps did not resolve the issue, contact hpccsupport@ttu.edu

To access the TTU VPN and SSH Gateway:

• If you are trying to access using Windows, follow this guide. You need to install and log into GlobalProtect VPN client and use an SSH client (such as MobaXTerm) provided in this guide to log into the HPCC system.
• If you are trying to access using Mac:
• You can install and log into GlobalProtect VPN client and use the Terminal following this guide to login.
• You can login through the SSH gateway using the command Terminal following this guide.
• If you are trying to access using Linux:
• Use the SSH gateway through your Terminal to log into the HPCC system by following this guide.


• If the instructions above do not work, it might be the case that there is ongoing TTU network/system maintenance, or it might be that your account has not been added in the TTU VPN and/or the SSH gateway. Please contact IT Help Central and mention issues regarding TTU VPN or the SSH gateway.

• If you do not have a user account with HPCC, please submit an account request to HPCC through this link as a student/external researcher or through this link as a faculty/staff, or contact hpccsupport@ttu.edu regarding your account request.
• If you previously had a user account with HPCC, your account might have been disabled due to inactivity (> 2 years). Please contact hpccsupport@ttu.edu to retrieve your account.

• To be considered on campus, your network has to be wired through TTU or connected to the wireless TTUnet Wi-fi.
• Other TTU networks such as TTUguest, Residence Hall, and TTU HSC are not considered on campus. You will need to connect to VPN or SSH gateway to be able to log into the HPCC system.
